The diaphragm itself is very thin, so it is easy to bend when a relative displacement load is generated, so it can withstand deviations of up to 1.5 degrees, while generating a lower bearing load in the servo system. Diaphragm couplings are often used in servo systems. Diaphragm couplings have good torque rigidity, but are slightly inferior to bellows couplings.
  Couplings can be easily damaged if misused or incorrectly installed during use. Therefore, it is very necessary to ensure that the deviation is within the tolerance range of the normal operation of the coupling. Choosing the right coupling is a key step in using the coupling well. In the design stage, you must consider what type of coupling to use. Compared with the toothed coupling, the diaphragm coupling has no relative sliding, and no Needs lubrication, sealing, no noise, basically no maintenance, easy manufacturing, and can partially replace toothed couplings.
  When measuring according to the external dimensions of the measurement coupled to the movable plate and adjusting the locking screw to the appropriate position, the guide bracket is placed in the test coupling, the measurement plate holder is inserted into a placement guide, and the insertion is applied at the end The axial pressure of the appropriate coupling on the measuring plate is maintained and the other end of the linear measurement error of the moving plate and the coupling port with the measuring probe (or observation) is adjusted and aligned with the surface.
