There may be cracks. If there is a crack, it needs to be replaced (can be judged with a small hammer).
The shaft rotates 180 ° to alternate the journal load.
5. The contact length of the tooth width of the KTR coupling must be more than 70%, and its axial movement must be 5 rmo or less.
6. If the tooth thickness of the KTR coupling is worn and the lifting mechanism exceeds 15% of the original tooth thickness, the operating mechanism must exceed 25%.
Debris and broken teeth must also be discarded.
7. If the elastic ring of the KTR coupling and the sealing ring of the gear coupling are damaged or deteriorated, please pay attention to replace it in time.
8. During work, you need to carefully observe the abnormal radial swing of the universal joint and the heating of the bearing.
